The locators which have land sublease title shall take the procedures from reservation agreement to commencement of commercial operation in General Flow Chart. After signing on reservation agreement, the locators shall submit Investment permit application to TSMC and set up company in Myanmar. After that, the locators can sign on sublease agreement and 100% payment for land sublease. The locators can proceed all the construction processes and applications with MJTD.
2 blocks of 6 units row ready-made factories have been built to facilitate investors who wish to manufacture their products without the hefty financial commitment of building their own plants.
Given the success of Zone A, the development of Zone B – Phase 1 began after only 16 months of Zone A Grand Opening Ceremony, by MJTD along with same contractors as Zone A’s. Encompassing 101 Ha, 13 investors of various industries from 7 different countries are allocated in 64% of Zone B
