2 blocks of 6 units row ready-made factories have been built to facilitate investors who wish to manufacture their products without the hefty financial commitment of building their own plants.

All units are steel structure gable roof hall type factories and come ready for use, equipped with electricity, water, sewage and telecommunication lines. With floor area of 1,500 sq.m per unit and floor load of 1 ton per sq.m, 3 units of the factories come with the height of 9.25 meters and the remaining 9 units with 6.75 meters. One sliding door of 5.15 meters width and 4.6 meters height as well as two side doors are installed in each unit as a loading dock and entrance/exit doors respectively. There is an option to remove partition between adjacent units with the same height if an investor wishes to rent more than one unit.
