MJTD Empowers TSEZ Leaders with Resilience and Well-being Training

On October 22, 2024, the Community Relations Department of MJTD held a one-day training on “Building Workplace Resilience and Strengthening Well-being for Leadership” at the MJTD Multipurpose Hall. This training targeted mid-management staff from TSEZ locators, recognizing the growing need for leadership resilience in today’s dynamic work environment.
The workshop was facilitated by expert consultants from Citta Consultancy and the facilitators guided participants through strategies for building mental resilience, practicing mindfulness, and enhancing emotional well-being.
With 86 participants—13 from MJTD, 2 from MTSH, and 71 from 34 locators—the training was well-received, with attendees expressing deep appreciation for the content and the valuable skills shared. Many participants highlighted the relevance of the training to their daily lives and emphasized the importance of regular sessions to continue enhancing workplace well-being.
In summary, the "Building Workplace Resilience and Strengthening Well-being for Leadership" training was a significant success, equipping leaders with practical tools to navigate the challenges of a fast-paced work environment. This initiative has not only contributed to participants' professional and personal growth but also underscored the importance of fostering a supportive activity for all locators.
