The TSEZ All Locators Sepak Takraw Tournament 2024 was successfully held on November 9 and 10 at Rental Factory C, in Zone A of the TSEZ, hosted by Myanmar Japan Thilawa Development Limited.

The purpose of the Sepak Takraw Tournament 2024 is to foster strong relationships among Thilawa SEZ Locators through sports activities, cultivate a positive image for Thilawa SEZ by encouraging increased cooperation among the locators in future socially responsible initiatives, and encourage All Thilawa SEZ employees to engage in physical activities essential for overall well-being, encompassing both physical and mental health.

A total of 24 teams representing 15 locators, including MJTD, captivated spectators in the Sepak Takraw Tournament, delivering a remarkable and engaging competition. In the fight for the Champion Title, Vanguard Apparel Co., Ltd (Team A) and Myanmar Ajinomoto Co., Ltd (Team A) showcased exceptional skill and teamwork throughout the tournament. Vanguard Apparel Co., Ltd (Team A) emerged as the Champions, while Myanmar Ajinomoto Co., Ltd (Team A) secured the Second prize. Foster Electric Co., Ltd claimed the Third prize, and PEB Steel Co., Ltd (Team B) finished in fourth place.

As one part of the tournament, about 600 spectators applauded and cheered for the players and their teams on the final day. Both the participants and spectators were successful in creating unforgettable moments and cherished experiences of 2024.
