Thilawa SEZ organize the TSEZ Junior Football Cup 2024 for Community Primary students

The Thilawa Special Economic Zone proudly organized the TSEZ Junior Football Cup 2024, the first-ever engaging event tailored for primary students from neighboring communities. The tournament, held from December 18 to December 20, 2024, at the BEHS (Br) Aye Mya Thida, Aye Mya Thida Ward, Kyauk Tan Township aimed to nurture young talents and promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and a love for football.

Primary Students from Aye Mya Thida Ward, Shwe Pyi Thar Yar Ward, Kar Kan Date Village, and Adduttaw Village came together to compete in this spirited three-day event. The tournament included eight teams, including BEPS Kyar Kan Date, BEHS (Br) Aye Mya Thida, BEPS Thilawa, BEPS Phalan, BEPS Tat Yar Kone, BEPS Thilawa Kone Tan, and BEMS (Br) Adduttaw participated by showing their remarkable skills on the field.

The competition concluded with BEHS (Br) Aye Mya Thida emerging as Champion after demonstrating outstanding teamwork and talent. BEMS (Br) Adduttaw secured the second prize, while BEPS Thilawa claimed third place, followed by BEPS Kone Tan in fourth.

The TSEZ Junior Football Cup 2024 provided a platform for young athletes to develop their physical and mental strength and strengthened the bonds between the communities and also with Thilawa SEZ. The TSEZ Junior Football Cup 2024 stands as a testament to the power of sports in uniting communities and inspiring future generations of communities around Thilawa SEZ.
