The Thilawa Special Economic Zone (TSEZ) is pleased to announce the successful launch of the Computer Basic Course, a collaboration between GTI (Thanlyin) and the TSEZ CSR Program, held at GTI-Thanlyin on 1 March 2025. This initiative is part of TSEZ’s commitment to enhancing vocational skills and expanding job opportunities for neighboring communities, contributing to their economic growth and well-being.

The four-week program runs from 1 March to 30 March 2025, offering 30 hours of training. With 40 students per batch, classes are conducted every Saturday and Sunday with the support of computer facilities and expert trainers from GTI-Thanlyin. The curriculum combines theoretical learning with hands-on practice, equipping participants with essential digital skills for modern workplaces.

As part of the TSEZ CSR program, this initiative reflects our ongoing commitment to empowering neighboring communities through education and skill development. Designed for beginners, the course provides practical training, enabling participants to confidently utilize technology for education, employment, and entrepreneurship in today’s digital economy.

TSEZ remains dedicated to fostering sustainable community development by bridging the digital skills gap and creating new opportunities for neighboring communities.
