Thilawa Special Economic Zone Provides School Supplies to Over 4,800 Students in 10th Annual Stationery Donation

On behalf of investors in the Thilawa Special Economic Zone (SEZ), Myanmar Japan Thilawa Development Ltd (MJTD) organized and led the donation of school supplies to a total of 4,861 students from nearby communities. The donations were made on August 12, 13, 14, and 20, 2025, and distributed directly to the respective schools.

This year, schoolchildren from Alwan Suk Village (Ywar Haung) and Yay Kyaung ward in Thanlyin Township (934 students) and from Nyaung Wine Village Tract, Shwe Pyauk Village Tract, Aye Mya Thida Ward, Shwe Pyi Thar Yar Ward, and Thida Myaing Ward in Kyauktan Township (3,927 students) - a total of 4861 students received the support. Students from primary, middle, and high schools of these areas were each provided with the necessary exercise books, pencils, erasers, pens, rulers, math sets, and a reusable bag. In addition, scientific calculators were donated in order to use by high school students at two high schools, while 102 teachers were each given a set of white-and-green school uniforms.

This marks the 10th consecutive year that MJTD and TSEZ investors have carried out the donation program as part of the annual education support initiative. The total value of the donated items in this year exceeded USD 34,000 (approx. MMK 125.6 million).

Further contributions came from TSEZ companies, including Suzuki Thilawa Motor Co., Ltd., Hansae Myanmar Co., Ltd., UPG Thilawa Co., Ltd., Myanmar Yazaki Thilawa Co., Ltd., and Lightion (Myanmar) Co., Ltd., which provided additional stationery, water bottles, and soy milk. The major shareholder of MJTD, Myanmar Thilawa SEZ Holdings Public Ltd. (MTSH), also supported the program with school supplies worth MMK 10 million.

The donation ceremonies were attended by the Chairman, CEO, Directors, and Community Relations Department members of MJTD, alongside representatives from Suzuki Thilawa Motor, Hansae Myanmar, UPG Thilawa, Myanmar Yazaki Thilawa, Lightion Myanmar, TCCC Myanmar, NX Logistics Myanmar, and MTSH.

As the developer of the Thilawa SEZ, MJTD remains committed to sustainable community development, continuously supporting initiatives that improve education, economic opportunities, and social well-being in surrounding areas, while upholding the role as a responsible business.

ယခု ပညာသင်နှစ်အတွက် လှူဒါန်းမှုတွင် သန်လျင်မြို့နယ်ရှိ အလွမ်းဆွတ် ရွာဟောင်းနှင့် ရေကြောင်းရပ်ကွက်မှ ကျောင်းသား/သူများ (၉၃၄ဦး)နှင့် ကျောက်တန်းမြို့နယ်ရှိ ညောင်ဝိုင်း ကျေးရွာအုပ်စု၊ ရွှေပျောက်ကျေးရွာအုပ်စု၊ အေးမြသီတာရပ်ကွက်၊ ရွှေပြည်သာယာရပ်ကွက်နှင့် သီတာမြိုင်ရပ်ကွက်တို့မှ အထက်တန်းကျောင်း/ ကျောင်း(ခွဲ), အလယ်တန်းကျောင်း(ခွဲ)နှင့် မူလတန်းကျောင်းများမှ ကျောင်းသား/သူများ (၃၉၂၇ ဦး) - စုစုပေါင်း ၄၈၆၁ ဦးအား အတန်းအလိုက် လိုအပ်သည့် ဗလာစာအုပ်များ၊ ခဲတံ၊ ခဲဖျက်၊ ဘောပင်၊ ပေတံ၊ သင်္ချာ အထောက်အကူပစ္စည်းနှင့် Reusable bag တစ်လုံးစီ ပေးအပ်ခဲ့သည်။ ထို့ပြင် အထက်တန်းကျောင်းသား/သူများ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရန် ဂဏန်းတွက်စက်များ ထပ်ဆောင်း လှူဒါန်းခဲ့သည့်အပြင်ဆရာ/ဆရာမ (၁၀၂) ဦး အတွက်လည်း ကျောင်းဝတ်စုံ (အဖြူ-အစိမ်း) တစ်စုံစီကိုလည်း ပေးအပ်ခဲ့ပါသည်။

ဤလှူဒါန်းမှုသည် MJTD နှင့် သီလဝါအထူးစီးပွားရေးဇုန်ရှိ ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံသူများ၏ ပညာရေး ထောက်ပံ့မှုအစီအစဉ်အရ နှစ်စဉ်ဆောင်ရွက်လာခြင်းဖြစ်ပြီး ယခုနှစ်တွင် ဆယ်ကြိမ်မြောက် အဖြစ် လှူဒါန်းခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်ပါသည်။ လှူဒါန်းသည့် ပစ္စည်းများ၏ စုစုပေါင်းတန်ဖိုးမှာ အမေရိကန်ဒေါ်လာ ၃၄,ဝဝဝ ကျော် (မြန်မာကျပ်ငွေ သိန်း ၁,၂၅၆ ကျပ်ကျော်) ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

ထို့အပြင် Suzuki Thilawa Motor Co., Ltd, Hansae Myanmar Co., Ltd, UPG Thilawa Co., Ltd, Myanmar Yazaki Thilawa Co., Ltd, Lightion (Myanmar) Co., Ltd တို့မှ စာရေးကိရိယာများ၊ ရေဘူးများ၊ ပဲနို့များကို ထပ်ဆောင်းလှူဒါန်းခဲ့ကြပြီး MJTD ၏ အဓိကရှယ်ယာရှင် MTSH (Myanmar Thilawa SEZ Holdings Public Ltd) မှလည်း ငွေကျပ်သိန်း (၁ဝဝ) တန်ဖိုးရှိ ကျောင်းသုံးပစ္စည်းများ ပါဝင်လှူဒါန်းခဲ့ပါသည်။

သက်ဆိုင်ရာကျောင်းများအသီးသီးသို့ သွားရောက်လှူဒါန်းရာတွင် MJTD လူထုဆက်ဆံရေး ဌာနနှင့်တကွ  MJTD ၏ ဥက္ကဌ၊ အမှုဆောင်အရာရှိချုပ်၊ ဒါရိုက်တာများနှင့်အတူ Suzuki Thilawa Motor Co. Ltd, Hansae Myanmar Co. Ltd, UPG Thilawa Co. Ltd, Myanmar Yazaki Thilawa Co. Ltd နှင့် Lightion (Myanmar) Co. Ltd, TCCC Myanmar Ltd, NX Logistics Myanmar Co. Ltd နှင့် MTSH တို့မှ တာဝန်ရှိသူများကလည်း လှူဒါန်းမှုတွင် လိုက်ပါခဲ့ကြပါသည်။

မြန်မာ ဂျပန် သီလဝါ ဒီဗီလော့မန့် လီမီတက် (MJTD) သည် သီလဝါအထူးစီးပွားရေးဇုန်၏ ရင်းနှီးတည်ဆောက်သူဖြစ်သည့်အားလျော်စွာ ဒေသခံများ၏ ပညာရေး၊ စီးပွားရေးနှင့် လူမှုဘဝများ ပိုမိုတိုးတက်ဖွံ့ဖြိုးလာစေရန်ရည်ရွယ်၍ လူမှုအကျိုးပြုလုပ်ငန်းများကို စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ်ဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိပြီး တာဝန်သိသော စီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်း အဖြစ် ရပ်တည် လျက်ရှိပါသည်။
