TSEZ celebrate the Successful Completion of Vocational Training Programs: Basic House Wiring Installation Course (1/2025) and Computer Course (2/2025)

Thilawa, June 17

By a strong commitment to personal development and skills empowerment to young adults of TSEZ Community, the Thilawa Special Economic Zone (TSEZ), in collaboration with GTI-Thanlyin, proudly hosted a closing ceremony on June 15, 2025, to celebrate the successful completion of two vocational training programs: the Basic House Wiring Installation Course (1/2025) and the Basic Computer Course (2/2025).

These programs reflect TSEZ’s ongoing mission to uplift and strengthen the community people by providing practical, job-ready skills. Launched on May 17, 2025, both courses were conducted over four consecutive weekends, blending theoretical knowledge with hands-on training.

A total of 67 participants completed from the programs, with 39 students completing the 30-hour Basic Computer Course and 28 students finishing the intensive 60-hour Basic House Wiring Installation Course. Each student received a certificate of achievement, recognizing their dedication and successful completion of the training.

This initiative represents a significant milestone in TSEZ’s ongoing mission to bridge the skills gap and foster inclusive economic growth for the communities surrounding the zone. By equipping individuals with practical, in-demand vocational skills, TSEZ is not only enhancing employability but also empowering participants to take active roles in shaping their futures.
