In a heartwarming support program, Myanmar Japan Thilawa Development Limited organized a Stationery Donation Ceremony on September 14 at the MJTD multi-purpose hall. The aim was to provide essential stationery items to the children of MJTD employees. This initiative reflects the company's commitment to the welfare of its employees and their families.

The event was graced by the presence of MJTD Management, Mr. Toru Haneda, President and CEO; Mr. Masayuki Hirano, Officer & GM of Operations and Customers Department; U Myint Zaw, Administration and Human Resources Officer & GM; Dr. Than Than Thwe, Officer of the Community Relations Department and TSMC Joint Secretary-2; Daw Yu War Tun, Chief Finance Officer of the Accounting and Finance Department, as well as dedicated MJTD staff members.

The primary objective of this Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program is to provide support to the children of MJTD employees, ensuring they have access to essential educational resources. This includes school exercise books, stationery supplies, school bags, and even umbrellas to assist them in their learning journey.

This marks a significant milestone for MJTD as it's the first time the company has extended such support to the children of its employees as part of its CSR efforts. The initiative not only underscores the company's commitment to its workforce but also highlights the role of the Community Relations Department and the unwavering support of the MJTD Management Team.

In addition to the stationery donation, MJTD has an ongoing employees' support program, which involves providing basic necessities such as rice, cooking oil, and instant noodles on a bi-annual basis. This holistic approach to employee welfare reinforces MJTD's dedication to creating a supportive and caring work environment.

မြန်မာ ဂျပန် သီလဝါဒီဗီလော့မန့် လီမိတက်အနေဖြင့် ဝန်ထမ်းများ၏ လူမှုဘဝအဆင်ပြေစေရန် စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ် ပံ့ပိုးကူညီလျက်ရှိရာတွင် အခြေခံပညာသင်ကြားနေကြသည့် ဝန်ထမ်းများ၏ သားသမီးများ အဆင်ပြေ ချောမွေ့စွာ ပညာသင်ကြားနိုင်စေရန် ရည်ရွယ်၍ ကျောင်းသုံးဗလာစာအုပ်များ, စာရေးကိရိယာများ, လွယ်အိတ်နှင့် ထီး အစရှိသည့် သင်ကြားရေးအထောက်အကူပြုပစ္စည်းများကို လူထုဆက်ဆံရေးဌာန၏ ဦးဆောင်စီစဉ်မှု, ကုမ္ပဏီအမှုဆောင်ဒါရိုက်တာများ၏ အားပေးထောက်ခံမှုတို့ဖြင့်  ပေးအပ်ခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်ပါသည်။

ယခုအကြိမ်သည် မြန်မာ ဂျပန် သီလဝါဒီဗီလော့မန့် လီမိတက်အနေဖြင့် ဝန်ထမ်းများ၏ သားသမီးများအတွက် တာဝန်သိ လူမှုရေးဆောင်ရွက်မှုအနေဖြင့် ပထမဆုံးအကြိမ်အဖြစ် ပံပိုးပေးအပ်ခြင်းဖြစ်ပြီး ဝန်ထမ်းများ အတွက်လည်း အခြေခံစားသောက်ကုန်များဖြစ်သည့် ဆန်, ဆီနှင့် အသင့်စားခေါက်ဆွဲခြောက်များ ထောက်ပံ့ခြင်းတို့ကိုလည်း တစ်နှစ်လျှင် နှစ်ကြိမ် ပံ့ပိုးပေးလျက်ရှိပါသည်။ ယခုလို ဝန်ထမ်းများအတွက် ပံ့ပိုးကူညီသည့် အစီအစဉ်များသည် မြန်မာ ဂျပန်သီလဝါဒီဗီလော့မန့် လီမိတက်၏ တာဝန်သိ လှုမှုရေးလုပ်ငန်းများ ဆောင်ရွက်ချက်များဖြစ်ပြီး ဝန်ထမ်းများ၏ လူမှုဘဝများ အဆင်ပြေစေရန်သာမက စောင့်ရှောက်မှုရှိသည့် လုပ်ငန်းခွင်အခြေအနေလည်း ဖန်တီးထားရာရောက်ပါသည်။
