The collaboration between Thilawa SEZ’s Locators, Myanmar Japan Thilawa Development Limited (MJTD) organized a Workshop on Promoting a Safe Working Environment, which was led by two facilitators, Mr. Kyaw Moe Win, HSE Manager from JFE Marenti Myanmar, who boasts over 20 years of expertise in HSE field, and Mr. Lirio Manuel Luis Flores, the accomplished General Manager of MJTD's Operation Department, bringing a wealth of experience in operational matters on 17^th August, 2023 at MJTD Multi-purpose Hall.

The primary objective of the workshop is to bolster safety awareness within the working atmosphere of each locator. Participants aimed to exchange insights, discuss safety hazards and risks based on their personal experiences, and deliberate on potential accidents within Thilawa SEZ’s working environment.

Together with the MJTD Team, a total of 79 representatives from 40 locators within the Thilawa SEZ formed ten groups to partake in the workshop. Their collective goal was to share insights and experiences regarding the implementation of effective strategies aimed at mitigating risks across various work environments.

The workshop was successfully conducted for the first time in Thilawa SEZ with its overarching objectives encompassed:

• Expanding knowledge: Providing a comprehensive overview of how to identify potential hazards, assess risks, and implement effective strategies to mitigate those risks across different work environments.
• Empowering Action: Equipping attendees with the capacity to translate newfound knowledge into actionable steps for proactive accident and injury prevention in their respective workplaces.
• Fostering Collaboration: Encouraging networking and collaboration among professionals spanning various industries. This platform facilitated the sharing of insights, experiences, and best practices concerning workplace safety.

As the Thilawa SEZ has made workplace safety a top priority, this workshop was convened with the intention of disseminating knowledge and practical approaches to occupational and operational safety among the participants, followed by representatives from each group sharing and discussing safety hazards, risks and potential accidents and control measures in the workplace.

သီလဝါအထူးစီးပွားရေးဇုန်ရှိ ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံသူများနှင့် ပူးပေါင်း၍ မြန်မာ ဂျပန်သီလဝါ ဒီဗီလော့မန့်လီမိတက်မှ စက်ရုံ/အလုပ်ရုံများအတွင်း လုပ်ငန်းခွင် အန္တရာယ် ကင်းရှင်းရေးဆိုင်ရာ အလုပ်ရုံဆွေးနွေးပွဲကို ၂ဝ၂၃ ခုနှစ်၊ သြဂုတ်လ (၁၇) ရက်နေ့တွင် ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ပြီး HSE ဆိုင်ရာ အတွေ့အကြုံ နှစ်ပေါင်း (၂ဝ)ကျော်ရှိသည့် ဦးကျော်မိုးဝင်း (HSE Manager, JFE Meranti Myanmar) နှင့် MJTD မှ Mr. Lirio Manuel Luis Flores (General Manager, Operations Department) တို့က ဦးဆောင်ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ကြပါသည်။

အလုပ်ရုံဆွေးနွေးပွဲကို MJTD လူထုဆက်ဆံရေးဌာနမှ သီလဝါအထူးစီးပွားရေးဇုန်အတွင်းရှိ စက်ရုံများအတွက် လုပ်ငန်းခွင် အန္တရာယ်ကင်းရှင်းရေးကို အဆင့်မြှင့်တင်ရန်နှင့် လုပ်ငန်းခွင်အတွင်း အန္တရာယ်ရှိနိုင်ခြေများကို ကြိုတင်တွက်ဆပြီး ဘေးကင်းလုံခြုံမှု အတွေ့အကြုံများကို အပြန်အလှန် ဆွေးနွေးနိုင်စေရန် စသည့် ရည်ရွယ်ချက်များဖြင့် ကျင်းပ ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ခြင်း ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

ဆွေးနွေးပွဲတွင် မြန်မာ ဂျပန် သီလဝါဒီဗီလော့မန့် လီမိတက်မှ ပါဝင်ဆွေးနွေးသူများအပါအဝင် သီလဝါ အထူးစီးပွားရေးဇုန်မှ ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံထားသော ကုမ္ပဏီ  (၄ဝ) ခုမှ တာဝန်ရှိသူ စုစုပေါင်း (၇၉) ဦး တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ပြီး လုပ်ငန်းခွင်နှင့် ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်အတွင်း ဖြစ်‌ပေါ်နိုင်သော အန္တရာယ်ရှိသည့်ကိစ္စရပ်များအ‌‌ကြောင်းကို အဖွဲ့ (၁ဝ)ဖွဲ့ခွဲကာ  အပြန်အလှန် ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ကြပါသည်။

လုပ်ငန်းခွင် ပတ်ဝန်းကျင် ဘေးအန္တရာယ်ကင်းရှင်းရေးအတွက်

• အသိပညာများဖြန့်ဝေခြင်း (ဖြစ်နိုင်ခြေရှိသော အန္တရာယ်များကို အကဲဖြတ်ရန်နှင့် မတူညီသော အလုပ်ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်များတွင် အဆိုပါ အန္တရာယ်များကို လျော့ပါးသက်သာစေရန် ထိရောက်သော မဟာဗျူဟာများ ချမှတ်အကောင်အထည်ဖော်နိုင်ရန်)၊
• စွမ်းဆောင်ရည် မြှင့်တင်ခြင်း (မတော်တဆမှုများနှင့် ထိခိုက်ဒဏ်ရာရမှုများကို ကြိုတင် ကာကွယ်ရန် အတွက် တက်ရောက် လာသူများ၏ လုပ်ငန်းခွင် အတွေ့အကြုံများကို မျှဝေရန်) နှင့်
• ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုမြင့်တင်ခြင်း ( လုပ်ငန်းခွင် ဘေးအန္တရာယ် ကင်းရှင်းရေးဆိုင်ရာ နားလည်မှုများ၊ အတွေ့အကြုံနှင့် အလေ့အကျင့်ကောင်းများကို လုပ်ငန်းခွင် ကျွမ်းကျင်သူများအကြား မျှဝေခြင်းနှင့် ကွန်ယက်ချိတ်ဆက်ခြင်း၊ ပူးပေါင်းလုပ်ဆောင်ခြင်း) စသည့် အချက်များကို အခြေခံပြီး သီလဝါအထူးစီးပွား‌ရေးဇုန်အတွင်းရှိ စက်ရုံ/အလုပ်ရုံများ စုပေါင်းကာ ပထမဆုံးအကြိမ်အဖြစ် စီစဉ်ကျင်းပနိုင်ခဲ့ခြင်း ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

သီလဝါ အထူးစီးပွားရေးဇုန်အနေဖြင့် လုပ်ငန်းခွင် ဘေးအန္တရာယ်ကင်းရှင်းရေးကို ပထမဦးစားပေး အလေးထားသော အထူးစီးပွားရေးဇုန်အဖြစ် ရပ်တည်သည့်အားလျော်စွာ ယခုအလုပ်ရုံဆွေးနွေးပွဲမှ လုပ်ငန်းခွင် အန္တရာယ်ကင်းရှင်းရေးနှင့် ပတ်သက်သည့် အသိပညာများကို လုပ်ငန်းခွင်တွင် လက်တွေ့ လုပ်ဆောင်နေသူများက ပိုမိုသိရှိနားလည်၍ အချင်းချင်းအတွေ့အကြုံကောင်းများ ဖလှယ်နိုင်ခဲ့ပြီး သက်ဆိုင်ရာအဖွဲ့အလိုက် တာဝန်ရှိသူများကလည်း တက်ရောက်လာသူများအား ပြန်လည်ဝေမျှပေးခဲ့ပါသည်။
