The fascinating TSEZ Sepak Takraw Tournament 2023 concluded with great excitement

On 16th and 17th December, Year End Sepak Takraw Tournament was flourishingly held at Rental Factory C of Myanmar Japan Thilawa Development Limited at Zone A of Thilawa SEZ.

The purpose of the Sepak Takraw Tournament is to foster strong relationships among Thilawa SEZ Locators through sports activities, cultivate a positive image for Thilawa SEZ by encouraging increased cooperation among the locators in future socially responsible initiatives, and encourage All Thilawa SEZ employees to engage in physical activities essential for overall well-being, encompassing both physical and mental health.

In Sepak Takraw Tournament, total 34 teams representing from 21 locators captivatingly participated leading to a remarkable and fascinating tournament. For the championship winner prize, RK Yangon Steel Co., Ltd (Team B) Vs Foster Electric (Thilawa) Co., Ltd (Team A) played exceptionally well throughout the tournament with demonstrating the incredible skills of players and RK Yangon Steel Co., Ltd (Team B) secured the Championship Trophy, while Foster Electric (Thilawa) Co., Ltd (Team A) achieved the second prize. Furthermore, PEB Steel Myanmar Ltd (Team B) attained the third prize and the fourth place by Vanguard Apparel Co., Ltd (Team A).

As one part of the tournament, about 600 spectators applauded and cheered for the players and their teams. Both the participants and spectators made a success in creating the unforgettable moments and cherished experiences of 2023.
