Industrial land in Zone A is available for sub-leasing. The lease period lasts until 4th June 2064 and is available for extension for another 25 years thereafter.

  Refund received 30% of reservation fee
Available land size  10,000m2 ~ 48,000m2

 

Zone B

Zone B is currently under development. A total of 101 ha of land will be available when it is completed in mid-2018 although some land will be available for leasing by late 2017. The lease period for Zone B will be for 50 years, with an option to extend for an additional 25 years thereafter.
